This is the 25th session of the above Conference, our Silver Jubilee, organised by the Penang Branch of the Malaysian Medical Association. It is open to all primary health care doctors, in the both the private and government sectors, who are members and non-members of the Malaysian Medical Association, to update and upgrade their knowledge and skills.

Non MMA members who wish to attend at the reduced members rates, will need are advised to become members of the MMA first. Click here to join the MMA.

Considering the on-going Covid19 pandemic, this year’s Conference will again be held entirely on a VIRTUAL PLATFORM, to facilitate attending from the safe comfort of your home.

The programme encompasses key areas by speakers who are experts in their own special disciplines, covering Internal Medicine, Paediatrics, Dermatology, General Surgery, O&G, Psychiatry, Opthalmology, ENT and Medicolegal Issues.

A week after the conference, those presentations permitted by the speakers, will be uploaded to the website, for members to view at their leisure, upto a month after the end of the conference. Click here for the link after the 14th August 2023.

  • Attendance during the event is the sole responsibility of the participant alone and MMA Penang Branch cannot be held responsible for the registrant’s failure to attend despite proper registration.
  • The Conference log-in link will be forwarded to participants, on or before 29th July 2023 after full payment / proof of payment / hard copy of the LO is received by the Organisers. Participants need to remember their Username and Password for log-in to the Conference website, via the link.
  • The link will be for 1 user only.
  • Registration is not transferable.
  • If a registration is cancelled on or before 29th July 2023, 75% of the registration fee will be refunded to the designated bank account. Cancellation has to be emailed by an email with full details of the registrant, including the bank account details to which the refund is to be made.
  • Registration fee will not be refunded if the cancellation is received after 29th July 2023.
  • In the event of a disagreement, the decision of the Organising Committee will be final.
  • In the event of a technical glitch or any unforeseen circumstances causing the event not to take place, MMA Penang Branch will ensure that the said event is conducted again at another date and time, which will be informed well in advance to the registered participants.

Registration Guidelines

  •   The conference is open to members and non-members of the MMA and if you are not a member in benefit, please the MMA.
  •   Please ensure you save your username and password somewhere for later use because you have to use the same username and password each time you access the page.


    • Make the payment first. The payment has to be made to the following bank account:
      • Payable To: Malaysian Medical Association, Penang Branch
      • Bank: CIMB Bank, Penang Branch
      • Account No: 80-0394972-0
      • Or Use the
    • Then save the image of proof of payment somewhere in jpg or pdf format, ready for upload at the appropriate spot in the form.
    • Only after you have completed these two tasks, you should begin to fill in the registration form.
      • If for whatever reason the registrant cannot, could not or become unable to complete the form filling and uploading, please return to the page, log in again using your saved username and password that you saved elsewhere and log in again and then carry on.
      • You need to click the button on the top right section of the page OR click when on the registration page to get back in.
      • Having completed the form, you can then download the invoice for your records, then upload the payment.
  •   Registrants can download their receipts and invoices after four days using the same username and password they used to register. You are required to download the invoice and receipt and save them. There will be no separate individual acknowledgement from the organisers.
  •   At the end of the conference, the attendance certificate will become available for download using the same username and password.
